COMMUNICATION

Please use WhatsApp chat since our call-center is not yet trained well to support you on the phone in English. Excuse us for possible grammatical mistakes - we do our best to learn English, however we are just at the beginning. Please write to us if you need support in: making an order, communicating with a courier, any issue regarding the cooking, want to claim inconsistency.

RECIPES

Please note that our recipes are all in Russian. Nevertheless it contains photos so that you can navigate with limited knowledge of Russian language. If you do not speak Russian at all you may use google.translate and copy-paste recipe-steps from our web-site.

DELIVERY

Please note that our couriers speak only Russian. Nevertheless you just need to be at the address you indicated while making the order at the indicated time - the courier will call you, you will pick up the order and that is it. Please note that you may return the box and the thermo-pack to our courier with your next order.

PRODUCTS

Please keep the groceries in the refrigerator and follow the guidelines on the days of cooking on your recipes. You do not need to freeze the meat of fish if you plan to cook it during the recommended timeline.

SUBSCRIPTION

If you subscribed (it is 10% cheaper) you may choose your new dishes or cancel the next order 4 days prior to the delivery date. You will get SMS-reminder on this required action.
